What's in the booox?

Step 1

Fully charge the Power Ball 2.0 with the included USB-C cable before use. The port is located under the on/off button.

When the light ring flashes red, it means the Power Ball 2.0 is charging. When the light ring turns green, it is fully charged and ready to use.

Step 2

When the Power Ball 2.0 is fully charged, disconnect the cable from the ball and close the cap of ball.

Hold the button for at least 5 seconds until the light ring starts flashing to activate the ball. The ball now enters Smart Mode automatically.

  • When your cat meets the Power Ball 2.0 for the first time, we recommend to activate the Soft Mode first (please read "Light Ring Indicator" below). This way your cat can get used to it before the Power Ball 2.0 unleashed it's full power in Smart Mode. The Power Ball 2.0 can also be used on carpets, but works best on hard floors.

    To keep your cat engaged and to save the battery power, the Power Ball 2.0 automatically goes into Sleep Mode after two cycles.

    When the Ball is activated, you can switch between Smart Mode and Soft Mode by pressing the button once.


    To turn off the ball, hold the button for 5 seconds until the light ring goes off.

  • PRO TIP

    Some cats are scared when they see the Power Ball 2.0 for the first time. To prevent your cat from being scared and avoiding the ball, try the following trick:


    Place a kitchen towel over the ball while it is on. In many cases, the cat will become so curious that it loses its fear.

  • When you activate the Power Ball 2.0, it enters Smart Mode automatically. The light ring then turns red.

  • When the Power Ball 2.0 is in Smart Mode and you press the button once, you activate the Soft Mode. The light ring then turns blue.

  • If the Power Ball 2.0 is not touched it goes automatically into Sleep Mode after two cycles. The light ring then turns green.
